The finishing process includes a Silver powder coat foundation followed by two layers of clear coat, not a one stage enamel. This is the correct way to finish a wheel. They have an absolutely beautiful finish with a superior sheen due to the additional layer of clear coat. The photograph does not depict the superior finish of the wheel.

RETURNS:

You must call for return authorization number(RA#) before sending any item back. Items returned to us without authorization will be refused.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, DO NOT MOUNT THE WHEELS!
Items that have been mounted with tires (other than by O E Wheels) or on the vehicle can not be returned! Since items have been shipped, handled, transported, installed and driven on... there is no way to assure us that any problem was not incurred along the way. Therefore, inspect your complete order as soon as you receive it.
Have the installer test fit one wheel both front and rear, BEFORE he dismounts and mounts all tires, and installs all wheels.
We will not reimburse for any installation costs incurred under any circumstances. It is up to the customer to have fitment checked before full installation is done.
Please note: The tire installer does not care about your wheels and will not take care in the handling of them.
YOU MUST insure that the wheels will not be damaged as you are the one who is responsible for the return, undamaged.
Cardboard can not be resting against the face of the wheel. All original protective coverings must be over the face of the wheel.
