Methods of Payment:  Omaha Direct Wheel Sales accepts payment from PayPal.  All payments are expected within 7 days after the auction has ended. We reserve the right to file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert if payment is not received within 7 days after the auction ends.

Shipping Details:   Items processed normally will leave with UPS Ground (unless other shipping arrangements are made).  A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when available. Please contact us directly at (402) 590-2590 for any shipping or fitment questions. Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping for returns and warranty issues. All of our listings with shipping amounts indicated in the listing are for destinations within the 48 US states only with Flat rate shipping service.

Product Availability:  Product that is in stock will be ready to ship on or before the next business day, following receipt of payment. On occasion, a product may be on backorder. In those instances, the buyer will be notified of the status and be given one of the three following resolutions: A Prompt full refund, offered a comparable substitute product or the option of waiting for the product to become available.

Wheel Balancing:  Omaha Direct Wheels is not responsible for any wheels that are out of balance due to shipping.  Customers must take up any claims with shipping company within 24 hours.  Omaha Direct Wheels is not responsible for any costs incurred for rebalancing the wheels.
