Wheels sent back to seller must be shipped prepaid and insured. Refund will be given on the product only. Refund will not be given on labor, shipping, or any other charges other than the price of the product. refund will only be issued after the product is received from the buyer and has passed the manufacturer's inspection. The buyer must contact the seller within 2 working days after receiving the product about any defect or shipping damage to qualify for Return or exchange.

All new wheels are covered by manufacturer 30 days basic warranty. The basic manufacturer warranty covers materials and workmanship only. All wheels must be inspected by the manufacturer before a credit or replacement can be issued. In the case where your wheels are no longer available, we can only credit you for the 1 wheel that has the defect but not the other 3 non-defective wheels. The buyer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping charges. The seller or manufacturer is not responsible for your lost of time or money.
