This is one of our best sellers for the past 3 years. This is an exact copy of the popular, swan style, original 1939 shift lever. It is made from a solid 304 bar stock. It has the correct taper as the original. It is threaded on the top, 5/16 fine. On the bottom, we have made the 3 balls 100 thousandths larger to make up for worn shift rails and, also, the big ball is larger to tighten up the shifter in the tranny top. These are also available in the straight style. They are easily bent for non stock applications. Please see our other Ebay ad for the matching hold down kit which includes 1) one NOS chrome plated nut cap 2) one polished curved washer 3) one spring 4) one hardened guide pin.
