Vehicle Description

For sale is this 1958 Cessna 182 seriel number 34916 that received a hard landing causing a prop strike and making the right wing tip strike the ground. Aircraft has 4774hrs tt on airframe and 1176.6hrs smoh on the Continental 0-470-L engine. Last compression #'s are 75 76 78 74 77 74 over 80.  The control surfaces have very minor hail damage and one patch and the left wing has a small dent on the outboard leading edge which happened many years ago and not from this accident. The interior is an 7 out of 10. All the instruments and indicators and one King kx 175B with glideslope is included. All other avionics have been pulled and are for sale seperately. There is no visible damage to the firewall. There is however a slight winkle in the belly skins right in front of the main gear legs which I believe were from the hard landing and also minimal damage to the cowling. This aircraft would make a perfect winter project for someone looking to own an older 182 with a straight tail. There is no damage to the front nose wheel or tail section. I have tried to describe and list all the damage that was visible. The aircraft has now been dismantled and currently being stored in Phoenix AZ. Storage will be free for the month of November and starting the first of December $5 a day. I will do my absolute best to answer all of your questions. Aircraft comes with complete logs, registration, airworthiness, and FAA bill of sale, Thanks!

THE RIGHT WING IS RINKLED THRU OUT AFT OF FUEL TANK FROM STRIKING THE GROUND AND MAY NOT BE SAVEABLE. THE WINKLE ON BELLY IN FRONT OF GEAR IS OLD DAMAGE FROM A PREVIOS OWNER AND NEVER REPAIRED IT. THE STEERING LINKAGES ON NOSE GEAR ARE BOTH SNAP OFF. THE BOTTOM SIDE OF TAIL HORIZONAL STAB. HAS A FEW DINGS FROM LANDING ON DIRT RUNWAYS. STILL LOTS OF LIFE LEFT IN THIS CLEAN 182.
