I bought this plane in September of 2011 as it just came out of a fresh annual. The only reason I am selling this plane is to fund a business venture right now. This Cessna is a wonderful plane and has no leaks or issues and will impress you with its power. Annual inspection states compression on 9/12/11 #1 80/79 #2 80/75 #3 80/75 #4 80/74 #5 80/75 #6 80/75 ,, All of the fluids were drained and and replaced, air filter was replaced, plugs were cleaned,gaped, and rotated and all clamps, hoses, grounds ect were inspected and replaced as need. I have full documentation of this aircraft since new. I am a student pilot with only 40 hours and the insurance on this plane only cost me $780. a year! This Cessna is an VFR plane but needs very little to make it IFR, I have installed the in dash mount and Garmin 295 with color screen since I purchased it.
