What this book will allow you to do is see just what parts will interchange with what engine. In some cases they also provide information on how to adapt the ones that don't fit. There are part numbers galore for cams, heads, rods and a slew of the other high performance parts that ford offered not to mention the stock parts. There is even a section on how to build an 11 second straight 6. There is a section on Engine Identification, Carburetion, Camshaft Fundamentals, Ignition,Building Performance Engines, Blueprinting, Trick Tips, Trans Am Chassis Parts & Parts Identification & Interchange. I have been using this manual for reference for the last 30 years and would be lost with out it. When I tell you it has a section on blue printing it is with the specs you need. These were used by the Ford mechanics & parts men in the 60' & early 70's. Want to know what crank was made of what material & how to identify it? well it's in here, Need to know what heads had what size combustion chamber, port or valve size it's here also. I had the copies made by a professional print shop from my personal original copy that Ford never put a copyrite on. The pages are in the original colors (pink, blue, green, yellow & white)and have been spiral bound. The front and back cover are made of heavier stock to keep things inside protected. My original copy was in great condition seeing I copied it years ago to preserve the original. So the copies are really nice, crisp and easy to read and the spiral binding allows it to lay nice and flat for reading.
