Up for auction is a very nice, solid 65' Coronet. This car is in very nice condition. I do not have a ton of information on this car because I have only owned it for a few months.I can tell you this...I am RE-Listing this due to non sale. I had an offer locally but it fell through. SO Ive LOWERED the reserve and Buy I Now for quick sale. I have to get this car sold!!!! I bought it in hopes of fixing all the little things and having a decent car to take to shows....Unfortunatery bit of infoprf from work and can no longer afford to put any money into the car. But I will provide every bit of information I can and be truthful all the same! The car was origionally a small block with an auto on the column. I purchased it with a 440 big block fitted with a 727 auto on the floor! This motor runs extremely strong. Tons of power!!! I only drove this around my neighboorhood a few times and enjoyed every second of it.  I was told that the motor was rebuilt recently and I took off the valve covers and it looks as if it was. Very clean with no carbon build up anywhere. The interior was fitted with a small gauge cluster to measure oil pressure, temp, and battery. The oil pressure is very good which also leads me to believe the motor was rebuilt! The engine does NOT run hot. It was fitted with dual electric fans operated by a toggle switch  on the dash!   There was an oil leak when i first bought the car coming from the valve covers in which i replaced the gaskets and the leak is gone. There doesnt appear to be any other leaks that i can tell.    Electrically the car needs a little bit of work. The headlamps and highbeams work fine. The brake lights work. The tail lamps however do not! Also the turn signals do not work. Im not sure if the problems are in the switches themselves or in a flasher relay....The speedo does not work and neither do the horns or heater motor..ut not with origionals plugged going to the heater core) 

The exhaust system is mint! The headers are made by headman and it has dual chamber flow masters which sound incredible!!!  The rear end is an 8 3/4 with 3.23 gears. The interior looks to have been redone. The vinyl has no rips/tears and is clean as is the headliner...All the glass is intact with the only problem being in the passenger door regulator. Some adjusting needs to be done. Grille and chrome is all in decent shape!

The body is fair! Soomebody did a quick repaint and its ok....There are some spots of minor rust that werent repaired properly and I took pictures of these areas so you can see. Someone had replaced the floor pans but not with origionals. It looks as if they left some of the old floors in and welded in hand made panels. Needless to say they are solid! Someone also redid the trunk area and it looks nice! The suspension all looks ok. I dont see any major visible problems. I have been a mechanic for a long time and know my way around a car.

This is just a very nice car and with some work could be a georgous Show Winning Mopar!     VERY  LOW  RESERVE!!!!! My loss is your Gain!!!! This car is certainly worth more than the Buy it Now!
