1967-68 Ford Mustang LED Dash Gauge Cluster Conversion Kit

Here is a must have item for any 67-68 Mustang owner. Every 67-68 Mustang owner that has driven their car knows that it is nearly impossible to read the factory gauges in the car at night. The dash lights are simply not bright enough to properly illuminate the gauges and accessories without replacing the gauges with incorrect looking aftermarket gauges. Well, that is now a thing of the past with this new kit available exclusively from HiPo Parts.

This kit is for gauge clusters equipped w/ the factory Tach option (part# BL6768FM-TAC)

This kit uses the BLUE LED bulbs for the factory look.

This is a complete 12V LED lighting kit that replaces all of the lights in your instrument cluster with ultra bright LED bulbs. These LED bulbs appear up to 2 times brighter than the incandescent bulbs & filters used by the factory. These bulbs are direct replacements for the bulbs in your dash. No wiring or modifications are required to make them work! It is an easy as changing a light bulb (or several to be exact.)

Each kit includes detailed installation instructions with photos that help you properly disassemble your cluster and install this kit with ease. The kit includes all the LED bulbs required to change every bulb in your gauge cluster, for a perfectly illuminated dash. This kit includes bulbs for all the gauge cluster illumination lights as well as all of the indicator lights and signal lights in the dash gauge cluster, so all of your bulbs get upgraded to these brighter and longer life bulbs at the same time.

How does it look? Take a look at our photos and notice how the gauges are clear and easy to read. You will also notice that this kit restores the blue gauge color that was used by the factory. The blue illumination lenses in these old clusters have faded and discolored over the years causing the light to be dim and have an incorrect green tint. This kit will not only brighten the cluster and make the gauges easier to read, but it will also return a more correct blue color that your dash had the day it left the factory.

Why use LED lights?

Our LED light kits appear up to 2 times brighter than incandescent bulbs with filters.

LED lights last about 100,000 hours. That is 10 times the life of most incandescent bulbs. Example: if you use your dash lights for 4 hours a day for 365 days a year, they would last for about 68 years!

LED lights produce nearly no heat, which can damage delicate instruments and melt plastics. LED lights are cool to the touch after hours of use. Don’t try that with an incandescent bulb!

LED lights require very low amps to operate saving your power for your other accessories.

We priced standard incandescent bulbs at the local parts store and you can easily pay up to $3 a bulb for inferior lighting. Why use outdated incandescent bulbs when you can upgrade to a safer, brighter, and more reliable product in your classic car for only a few dollars more?

Note: results may vary slightly depending on the condition of your vehicles electrical system. As such, a vehicle with the electrical system in top condition will yield the best results. Installers should verify that the vehicles electrical system is operating at a constant 12V DC current level to achieve the best results.
