TOTAL TIME ON AIRFRAME: 6,344.7 Hr,
 
SMOH: 772 Hr. Extensive overhaul in 1997, New crank shaft and cam shaft, Millennium cylinders,  all new parts used.  Overhaul was done by DQ Air in Warren, MI
 
PROP: 772 Since overhaul in 1997. Dynamically balanced
 
ANNUAL: Fresh annual with sale.
 
TIRES: New  (87.6 hrs.)
 
BATTERY: New
 
MODIFICATIONS: Sky Tec  High Torque Lite Weight Starter, Horton STOL Kit,  Air Wolf Oil Filter, Flap Gap Seals,  External Starter Plug,  Exhaust Faring, Auto Fuel STC,  Vertical Compass,  AK-450 King ELT (Uses Duracell "D" batteries)  Engine Oil Heater,  Aeroflash Signal on wing tips,  Vanurie Mixture Control,  Headrests,  Flight Com 4-place intercom.  Long Range Fuel Tanks. Extra cigarette lighter for plug-in for accessories,  Quick release for air intake on the lower cowling. Bagage door tool holder. Push-To-Talk switch on yoke.
 
INSTRUMENTS: All the following instruments have 87.6 hrs since new or overhaul: Exhaust Temp. Gage,  New Clock,  Airspeed,  Altimeter,  Artificial Horizon,  Directional Gyro,  Turn Coordinator.
 
NEW: Total Exhaust System and Muffler, All New "Scat" Tubing
 
AVIONICS: The aircraft is lite on avionics. It does not have a VOR.

COSMETIC CONDITION:  Inside: 6.5   Needs new plastic moldiing around windows.
                                                Outside: 8   Paint chips.
                                                                     Windshield  has a craized spot where the defroster blows on it. Not dangerous.
 
DAMAGE HISTORY: There was some very slight cosmetic damage to the right wing tip several years ago. Tip was repaired and was inconsequential to the structural integrity of the airplane.  
 
COMMENTS: "This is the nicest flying C-182 I have ever flown." This comment is one made by several of the professional who have  flown it.  The engine runs as smooth as a sewing machine. The airplane has been located in the dry climate of Idaho all its life. This airplane should give many years of service The 1969 C182 still had the spring steel landing gear which is considered Superior to the more modern tube type. We are the third owner of the airplane and have owned it for the last 19 years. We are selling it because we have flown it for only 7.5 hours in the last 22 months. At this rate the insurance is prohibitive. The airplane is being advertised other places and may be withdrawn from auction at anytime.
