We use USPS Global PRIORITY or EXPRESS.  Priority comes with no insurance or delivery confirmation however it is much cheaper to ship. Express comes with guarantee but is considerably more expensive.  Please email us with the service you would like and we will give you total to continue to checkout.  Although we have never lost an International package, NY Mayflower Mustang Supply will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged  if you choose to go with Priority service.  NY Mayflower Mustang Supply will not under any circumstances falsify any customs documents of any kind.

Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with a product please give us a call (315)625-7799 and we will work out the return information. Please do not return any product with out calling first.

Products to be returned must not be used.    Returned parts must be postage paid.    If the item being returned was ordered by  error a re-stocking fee of 25% will apply.    Due to the nature of the product electrical items can not be returned.

Exceptions: Packaging is such that it was clearly unopened (in this case a 25% re-stocking fee will apply).    Special orders can not be returned unless an error was made by NY Mayflower Mustang Supply.    Shipping is non-refundable unless an error was made by NY Mayflower Mustang Supply.

Return postage is non refundable except if our error, then a total refund will be given.

In all cases a copy of your invoice should be returned with the product.
