5323 hrs TTSN and has a 689 hrs SMOH Engine built by Performance Aero Engines Blueprinted and Balanced to give more HP. I flew this in the other day it indicated 130knts into a headwind and GPS was giving 117knts ground speed, This is a fast Cherokee also has speed mods and shoulder harnesses

This plane came from AZ no corrosion but tops of wings could do with painting soon sun bleached paint, Fusealage is really good and paint shines good on there as it has a cover for it.

Great Avionics:- Garmin 340 Audio Panel, King moving map GPS, KX155 Nav/Com with glide slope, King second com box, #2 Nav Narco Narco Transponder.

Has a fresh Annual inspection and Transponder cert
