All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment and an email is sent to you once your shipping label is created with your shipping and tracking and/or delivery confirmation information.  We use both UPS and USPS for shipping, however some larger packages can only be shipped with UPS.  Shipping is calculated according to your zip code and includes a small handling fee.  Additional fees are also included for residential and extreme rural addresses.  If you feel the shipping calculator has incorrectly calculated your shipping rates, feel free to send us an email and request a re-calculation.  Try to allow between 12-24 hours for an answer on weekdays and longer on weekends. 

All items are sold as-is and All sales are final!  No returns are allowed.  Any warranty issues are to be taken up with the manufacturer.  

Any items that may qualify for return are subject to 'exchange only' and such information will be listed in the auction details.  In this instance, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.  As always, shipping/handling is non-refundable.

If you recieve an item in damaged condition you MUST contact the shipping company(UPS or USPS) immediately and file a claim-or simply refuse to accept it and initiate a claim at that moment; then notify us of the problem so that we can follow up with the shipper as well.  Claims with UPS typically take 2-4 weeks whereas USPS can take 30-60 days.  These things are out of our control and we, like you, have to wait for the insurance claims process to be completed before any replacement items or refunds are granted.  In any case, shipping and Handling is non-refundable unless the shipping company decides to give a partial refund, insurance is always non-refundable.
