1985 Eagle Model 10 Bus. This bus was purchased by the US Government for the US Naval Academy and was maintained by the US Navy.
The bus is equipped with a 6V-92 Turbo Detroit Diesel. And a HT 740 Allison automatic transmission (www.globaltranny.com/trannys/ht740.htm) Bus has power steering and is very easy to drive. Has bus air and drivers air that works, it’s missing one of the blower cover in the baggage area, see pictures. A/C has been change over to R-134A Freon by the Navy.
Has some front-end cracks in lower cap, see pictures. Right side front window is cracked, and popped out in corner, needs to be put back into opening.
Not sure of mileage shows 152,425 but doesn’t work. Speedo works great. I purchased the bus with the idea of converting it a motor coach, as you can see I’ve removed seats, that's all I got done. I ended up Purchasing a Prevost, County Coach and it’s been sitting for the past 4 years. I Time to Sell and move on.
Bus runs strong, it does need tires, I’ve had all service to engine done it’s ready to roll. This is a used bus sold as is with no Warranty. At close $500.00 Deposit.
