This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are sold AS IS unless otherwise specified. We have done our best to accurately describe this vehicle. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the vehicle before the end of the auction.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE TAKEN DELIVERY OF VEHICLE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, NO REIMBURSEMENTS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASONS.  PLEASE CONFIRM THAT VEHICLE IS AS ADVERTISED BEFORE LEAVING. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING WITH IT.

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged taxes unless your State is one that we are currently required to charge taxes on. Presently those States included are: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusettes, Michigan, South Carolina & Washington. All buyers including out of State customers are responsible for the $150.00 documentary fee that applies to all customers . The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $150.00. A 30 day temporary tag is available for qualified sales at $18.50 per each vehicle. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require an immediate (Non-refundable) deposit of $500 to end an auction.  Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.  If you are using the "Buy Now" option, a $500.00 (Non-Refundable) deposit is required immediately. A $500.00 (Non-Refundable) deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction under any other conditions. We now have to do this because of the many scams. The remainder is due within 7 calendar days of Auction end. We do not accept personal checks. Payment methods accepted by us are CASHIER'S CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, BANK CERTIFIED FUNDS, CASH IN PERSON AND WIRE TRANSFERS. IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE CREDIT CARD FOR FULL PAYMENT THERE WILL BE 3% CONVENIENCE FEE ADDED. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2001 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
