TO MAKE SURE WE SEND YOU THE RIGHT UNIT we need a contact PHONE NUMBER plus the following: (1) the VIN, (2) Actual Mileage, and (3) the Part Number on your computer's sticker.  To send this info to us, please use the "Ask seller a question" link above, or the PayPal email message box when you pay. Or better yet, call us and one of our sales reps will take all of the information.

**WARRANTY WITH EXCHANGE - HOW IT WORKS
1. You pay us.
2. We ship your order with a prepaid return label.
3. You return your old computer.
4. Your warranty begins when we receive your old computer.
5. If you don't return the old computer we will bill you for $100.

The computer you purchase from this listing is eligible for a Lifetime Warranty that's good for as long as you own the vehicle it's for. You can use the same shipping carton and the prepaid pre-addressed return label to send us your old computer within 10 business days after you receive your new one. To validate your Lifetime Warranty, you must send us your old computer within 10 days after you receive your new one. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice and use the prepaid preaddressed label (or enclose it in your return package) so that we can record our receipt of your old computer and validate the warranty. If you do not complete this exchange we will invoice you $100 for the core.

SHIPPING TO USA DESTINATIONS
We ship by UPS Second Day Air to all USA destinations for $29.00 shipping and handling; this charge includes the cost of shipping your old core back to us.

SHIPPING TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
We ship to Canada by United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail. The one-way shipping charge is $25. We cannot send a prepaid return label to Canada so you will have to make your own arrangements to send us your old computer within 10 business days after you receive your new one, or we will add a $100 core charge to your invoice.

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you are outside the US and Canada we will ship your purchase by United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail. Please email or call for one-way shipping charges before you buy. We cannot send you a prepaid return label; you will have make your own arrangements to send us your old computer within 10 business days after you receive your new one, or we will add a $100 core charge to your invoice.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This is an electrical part. If you have any questions please email or call us before you buy. If you decide you don't want the part, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping. We MUST receive it in same condition as when we shipped it to you. If you ordered the wrong part, we will exchange it for the correct unit if you pay shipping.
