1993 Flair-Fleetwood 33' RV.  Very nice RV with lots of storage and sleeping capacity.  ONLY 17,057 MILES.  NEW TIRES.  Interior and Exterior are in great condition.  Chevy 454 engine and transmission are running without any problems.   Runs very good.

Rear bedroom has a walk-around bed.  Dining area and couch convert into beds.  All accessories seem to be working fine.  Air conditioners are working.  Floor is in very good condition.  Interior upholstery is in very good condition.  Full kitchen, bathroom, shower.  We did not fold the awning out but the previous owner said that it has no problems.  

We have a clear California Title.   

Please note that we do not pick people up at the airports unless it's Oxnard airport, which is only a few miles from the storage.  It is the buyer's responsibility to get to the storage lot in Ventura, California and pick up the RV.  Storage is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, excluding holidays.  No exceptions, please consider this when bidding.
