1. Shipping Discounts - Most of our listings provide free shipping, so understandably we can't discount lower than free. If the item your viewing does not have free shipping, we do not have room to discount the shipping. Our item prices are the lowest on eBay.
2. Item Discounts - If the item you see is not the lowest priced on eBay given an equal item, please message us so that we can change the price for you to purchase. Please make sure to triple check the item your looking at is NEW.
3. Shipping with your carrier - We do not ship with customer carriers.
4. Wholesale - Our wholesale orders start at $1000. So if your interested let us know so we can set up an order for you.
5. OVERNIGHT ORDERING RIGHT NOW!! OMG!! - We don't offer overnight shipping, sorry.

How to get your part for FREE!

• Do you have a good looking vehicle?
• Are you installing the part?
• Are you a decent technical writer? (this does not need to be that in depth)
• Do you post on at least one automotive forum?
• Good looking lady friends help (ladies you are an under represented population of my ordering base!)
• If you don't see install pictures for this part already, double check with us by asking on ebay messages. Simply ask, has this part been "documented" yet. We might be finishing up a previous shoot.
• Take pictures of your install with some smiles, humor is a big plus!
• We review the pictures to look for copyright issues or any other problem and send you the purchase price back.
• IF YOU SEE INSTALL PICTURES IN THIS LISTING IT OBVIOUSLY HAS BEEN DONE ALREADY FOR THIS PART. (I really had to add this! C'Mon!)

Contacting Us

The absolute best way to contact us is through the eBay messaging system. Questions sent through email, or directed through the phone are generally the slowest to be replied to. So if you have a question or concern, its always best to message on the bay! The exception to that rule is for wholesale orders, which we like to have documented through email. It's easiest for us to send a catalog or a price quote through email in that case! We reply to our messages on average once per day, so make sure you know what your going to say before you send it.

Shipping Policies

Most items are shipped out within one business day. This is not a promise that your item will be shipped out within one business day. Some items are shipped within minutes of being paid for. Just expect your item to be shipped out promptly. We ship using USPS, Fedex and UPS. What we use depends on the circustances of the day and the item being shipped. You can expect to recieve your item within 7 business days if you are located in the United States, not including Alaska or PR. You should expect your shipment in about 14 business days but up to 30 days for international shipments. Below is recent feedback in regards to our shipping practices. We offer expedited shipping on most of our orders, pay the extra couple dollars, its worth it! Shipments go out Monday-Friday. We typically do not ship on Saturdays, and never ship anything on Sunday. So if you order on a Friday, it may not ship till Monday.

Return Policies

We strive for excellent customer service, if you lookup our Detailed Seller Ratings, you will notice we are in the TOP 5-10% of ebay ratings.We didn't get this rating by not being customer service oriented. Our return policy is however, case by case. Please be patient and polite if you have an issue. I can assure you every negative or neutral feedback we've ever recieved is from someone who was rude which didn't get any help from us. Just because it's the internet doesn't mean the people you talk to don't expect to be treated like a human being.

Our Pictures

We take great pride in taking studio shot pictures of our parts to make sure you can really see the awesome quality you are recieving when you order parts from us. If you see someone else using our picture, let us know! We want to let them know when to show up to court. It is a considerable business expense to rent studio time, hire a photographer, have the images proofed and resized, then publish them for your viewing. Our pictures are all copyrighted, if you steal them, you will be reported through eBay and sued in small claims. I promise.
