7 days after the buyer receives it | Returns are for defective items only. The item must be returned at the buyers expense. We must be notified via email within three days of the confirmed delivery of the item. We will then issue a return authorization to the buyer. Any parts returned that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returned parts that have been damaged by the buyer or carrier will become the responsibility of the buyer. The exception to this policy will be if an item is listed as sold AS IS in the item description returns will not be allowed. Generally we issue refunds, however we reserve the right to issue an exchange or merchandise credit. |
