1997 Coachman Catalina 34' Class A Motorhome WITH the living room Slide!  Low miles on the Ford V80 460 Engine. Model is Catalina 330MBS. Very nice layout, with a very rare option in 1997, the full living room slide (Sofa/Dinette). This was the TOP model that Coachman made in 1997. Exterior is in very good condtion, no major dings or dents (couple of small scratches), sidewalls are nice and clean, stickers are showing signs of fading. Tires are in good condition, lots of tread and no weather cracking. Power step needs new motor. Big Main Awning on passenger side, and slide topper over the slide-out, along with 4 more window awnings. Onan Generator with only 6 (yes SIX) hours. Interior is also in very good condition. No rips or tears, and cabinets and countertops  are all in great shape. Up front, you have: cruise, tilt steering, am/fm/CD player, cold dash A/C, and driver door with window. 19" TV up front along with crank up TV antenna. Dometic two door fridge, Stove, Oven, Microwave Oven, and 6 Gallon Gas Hot Water tank.  Sofa folds down for a bed along, along with the dinette, and the Queen bed in the rear, the unit sleeps 6. Nice bathroom area with toilet, vanity, and shower. Dual ducted roof A/C units, along with ducted furnace. Lots of storage both inside and out.

This model of Coachman, was the most popular gas motorhome that Coachman sold in 1997. Very rare to find a 1997 in such nice condition, along with the big Living Room Slide. High quality components used through-out the unit. Lots of nice extra's throughout. This unit is in great condition. The winning bidder will be a "happy camper" with this coach. 

The unit overall is in very good condition and appears to have been very well maintained by the previous owner. Roof is in excellent condition, no evidence of past or current leaks.
