Shipping: All of our items ship via UPS ground service unless otherwise noted in the auction. We will need a physical street address for UPS to deliver to. If for any reason the address you provide is incorrect and the package is returned to us you will be responsible for the additional costs to get the item shipped back to you. Sorry we do not ship international on any items. We do not ship to US territories either. Listed shipping costs are for the lower 48 states only. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii shipping costs will be higher. E-mail for a quote. Any large items that must ship via freight line will ship via Con-Way Freight Lines pre-paid. Freight items will have to be delivered to a commercial address with a loading dock. If one is not available specify in the payment that you want the item shipped to the nearest terminal for you to pick up there. I must have a daytime phone # to contact you at for all freight shipments. If the item sits at the freight terminal for more than 2 days they normally assess a $70 per day storage. This will be your responsibility to pay if items are not picked up in a timely manner.

Returns: All parts are backed by our 14 day return policy unless otherwise noted in the auction. Any items returned to us that are found to be fully functional and defect free upon receipt back at our facility will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refund will only be assessed on parts that are not damaged in return transit and are able to be resold. Refund is less all initial shipping costs as well as shipping costs to return item to us.
