    PUBLIC NOTICE
    1. You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID!
    2. Bidders must pay with certified funds (cashiers check), BANK LOAN or Bank Wir. Please, have Pre-approval on your loan before bidding.
    3. Unqualified Bidding, Deadbeat Bidders, Auction Interference, Shill Bidding, or any form of harassment can be subject to legal prosecution.

    Successful high bidder should email kkttaa@gmail.com within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash, cashiers-check, money Order or Bank wire.

    Within 24 hrs of end of sale, winning bidder must submit $500.00 via paypal as a deposit for your new Vehicle. Balance due within 7 days of end of sale. We will store vehicle for up to 10 days free of charge.

    A $265 processing fee will be added to the final value of the auction. This includes a 20 day In-Transit Tag, notary, messenger and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable, and dealers are included. Please don't bid if funds are not available at time of bidding. This is a business. We have no time for dead beat bidders. We will report you to Ebay, as well as block you forever from bidding on our cars. Pennsylvania buyers must pay sales tax and tag fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states.

    In most cases we can assist the buyer in purchasing warranties ( the price of which is not reflected in the final bid, this is AN ADDITIONAL FEE)Shipping?!? There are numerous reliable shipping companies that specialize in interstate vehicle shipment. Responsibility for shipping rests entirely with the buyer.

    PICK-UP
    The vehicles are conveniently located just a few minutes from 276 (PA Turnpike), RT1, and I-95 in NE Philadelphia. The Philadelphia International Airport is about 30 minutes and a $50 cab ride away. We prvide a service by meeting you at a local train or bus station.

    Our business hours are weekdays only from 10AM to 7PM and we are closed on weekends. However, for those wishing to pickup vehicles on a Saturday (before 3PM), we can arrange to have someone come in to handle your transaction for an additional fee of $50. Please check with us for availability of a specific pickup time.

    SHIPPING
    Shipping is the direct responsibility of the buyer. The sellers assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If you chose to ship your new vehicle, there are many transport companies from which to choose. I have dealt with many and highly recommend the best in the business...
