1999 Coachmen Catalina 20 Lite Weight Travel Trailer. Unit has a bed in the back, nice rear bathroom private with a door, center kitchen and a dinette booth and bunk fold down above that can be used as a cabinet (weight limit 150 pounds). Unit located in Elkhart, Indiana.

Unit also has 2 sets of stabilizer jacks, awning, air conditioning, microwave, oven, furnace, water heater, refer gas and electric, 30 pound bottles, new battery, extra clean condition, mini-blinds, small tint on windows, brand new tires, upgraded plank vinyl floor.

Unit was babied and well-cared for. Sometimes an immaculate trailer comes along, and you know that it will be sold to the first person who sees this little beauty. This unit is in good condition and is priced to sell.
