FULL DESCRIPTION:
Up for auction: this very nice 1999 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision 36' Class A Motorhome, with the Ford Triton V10 Engine. Two HUGE slide-outs: Sofa/Dinette slide in the living room, and then the rear Queen bedroom slide. Model is 36B. AMAZING layout, with private bathroom, huge living room with dinette, sofa, and recliner. Exterior is in good condtion, sidewalls are nice and clean, paint is still shiny, and the stickers arent showing much fading or cracking. Few small nicks and scratches. Big A&E Aluminum covered awning over the passenger side, along with the two slide toppers. Tires are in good condition, lots of tread and no weather cracking. The back ladder is missing (easy to replace). Onan 5500 Generator with very low hours. Interior is also in excellent condition. No rips or tears, and cabinets (oak) and countertops (corian) are all in great shape. Up front there is cruise, tilt steering, cold dash A/C, levelling jacks, driver door with power window, power mirrors, back-up camera, AM/FM/CD Player, and a extendable laptop tray at the passenger seat. Front is ready for a nice LCD TV in the height adjustable stand, 14" Panasonic TV in Rear Bedroom, along with crank up TV antenna and automatic tracking satellite dish (comes with Dish Network reciever). Beautiful kitchen area, with nice cabinets and countertop, lots of space (has pull out pantry). Dometic side by side fridge with ice-maker, 3 Burner Stove and Oven, Convection Microwave Oven, and 6 Gallon DSI Hot Water tank. Oak flooring in kitchen. Rear Bedroom is very large with the Queen bed slide-out. Partition door between bathroom and bedroom needs to be adjusted. Day/Night Shades through-out. Sofa folds down for a bed (hide-a-bed), dinette folds to a bed, along with the Queen bed in the rear, the unit sleeps 6. Nice seperate private bathroom with toilet and tub/shower. Across the hall, is the vanity. Dual ducted Roof A/C units, along with dual ducted furnaces. Nice china cabinet in the living room, washer/dryer combo is located underneath. Lots of storage both inside and out (outside storage bins are huge). Power entry step for easy entrance. Class III reciever hitch. When you walk into this unit, you will be very impressed by how modern it is, and how nice the floorplan is.
Fleetwood is known for their high quality motorhomes. The Pace Arrow Vision was their BEST gas motorhome they made. Lots of nice extra's throughout. The winning bidder will be a "happy camper" with this coach. The unit appears to have been well maintained by the previous owner. No evidence of smoke or pet smells. Roof is in excellent condition.
