We are riders who have used many of the products we sell and we’ll make all

attempts to answer your questions to the best of our knowledge.

· All orders shipped to an Ohio address will be charged 7% sales tax on the merchandise and shipping total.

· Orders shipped to other states that require sales tax to be paid on Internet orders will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

·        We ship UPS Standard Ground on all orders in the 48 States and must have a physical address. No PO Boxes.

·        Shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location. We ship from multiple locations depending on the product and availability. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

·        Contact us for shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and all other locations.

• We operate Monday through Friday excluding Holidays so please keep in mind we are not able to ship or to always answer questions on weekends or Holidays.  Thanks!

Inventory

·        All items are in stock when listed

·        Due to the popularity of some items especially seasonal items delays may occur while waiting for manufacturers to restock our inventory.

·        On items taking longer than one week we will make all attempts to find alternative sources to fulfill our orders even utilizing our competition and paying the difference to get products to our customers.

Returns

• Please contact us to get prior authorization before returning any items.
• Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging.
• Items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
• Returns must be made within 14 days for refund or exchange
