These are brand new with the shipping straps and Sumitomo manufacturer stickers still on them. I ordered them from an authorized online retailer who gave me the run-around in trying to exchange them. I just bought them two weeks ago (2609 production date) and ordered the wrong width. I needed 225/40/18. PERFECT FEEDBACK FEDEX shipping with tracking number!!!!
