We offer a 14-day return policy for unused wheels in the original box in NEW condition within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping is completely non-refundable. Items returned to us within 14 days of delivery will be issued credit/refund of the total, minus the restocking fee, minus all shipping costs. Shipping to and from your business or residence are the buyer’s responsibility.
Wheels that have been mounted or driven on CANNOT be returned under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
The following stipulations apply for returns: You must contact us first before returning wheels to obtain an RMA number. We will not accept packages that do not have an RMA number. Wheels must be in brand new and unused condition (no tire was ever mounted on the wheel). Wheels that have been mounted on a vehicle cannot be returned under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Original packing material must be used when returning any items. Box and content cannot be damaged or missing. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, no exceptions. All returned products will be inspected before any refund is issued. If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued.
In the event that a wrong item has been sent, we will send out the correct item once the wrong item has been received back. We will cover the costs of shipping in the event that a wrong item has been sent, if we are at fault. In these circumstances, a shipping call tag and RMA# must be issued prior to returning the wheels. In these cases, the wheels must be unused and returned in the original box in NEW condition.
If a product is returned to us and found to be defective, a new product will be sent at no charge to the buyer as long as it falls with the warranty replacement guidelines of the manufacturer.
