Wheel & Tire Package Returns & Exchanges:
Only wheel and tire packages that have not been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 60 days may be returned. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $39.95. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the vehicle. Mounting and Balancing charges will not be refunded. The return form below MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Lifted Vehicles:
RimZone is NOT liable for fitment issues related to a vehicle that has a modified ride height. We can only recommend fitment per application. RimZone suggests to follow the tire/wheel sizes specified by the manufacturer of the lift kit on your vehicle.
Shipping Damage:
Rimzone insures each package shipped. Please inspect your merchandise for damage when you receive your shipment. In the event that your merchandise is damaged, notify Rimzone immediately and we will replace it at no charge.
Defective Merchandise:
In the event that you receive merchandise that is defective, notify Rimzone immediately and we will replace it at no charge.
