Where do I find my paint code? The best resource for locating your paint code is located at www.paintscratch.com Just enter your year make and model to search for the appropriate code to match your vehicle. Still have questions? How long will it take to get my part? Because our parts are custom painted for each customer, it generally takes about 10 business days (from the time that payment and paint code are received) to ship your painted order but can take as many as 15 business days depending on how busy we are. We currently use the US Postal service to ship all of our products. Most items are shipped Parcel Post with delivery confirmation in order to keep costs low. We have found that Post Office uses much greater care in handling our products than other carriers. Unfortunately, shipping with the Post office can be slow at times. Once shipped, you should expect that your part (depending on what part of the country we are shipping to) will take anywhere from 7-20 business days for delivery. We only offer expedited priority mail shipping on smaller items. On larger items such as tailgates and most bumper covers, parcel post is the only shipping option available. The Post Office's system will automatically send an email to you with tracking info when the part is prepared for shipment. This email will be sent to your email address associated with your Paypal address. 

 

What kind of paint do you use? We use only premium quality DuPont Automotive Base-Coat/Clear-Coat finishes on all of our parts. What happens if my part gets damaged during shipping? Although damage is rare, parts are occasionally damaged by the shipping carrier. If your part is damaged in any way, please contact us via email immediately. We will ship a new part to you and file a damage claim within just a couple of business days. All damaged part claims must be filed within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of goods.

 

 

What information do I need to include with my order? To complete your order, we need the exact year of your vehicle, the paint code and a general description of the color (In your own words i.e. Black, Red, Brown Blue Etc.) Failure to supply this information will delay your order. Please include your phone number so that we can contact you if there are any questions in regard to your order. On all order where paint code information is not received within 10 business days, your paypal payment will be refunded and your order will be cancelled.

 

What if my car has been repainted?

Custom color matching is available. Please email us for details. There is a $75 up charge for all two tone and tri-coat paint colors.
