Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close and made in US dollars. We accept Paypal, Credit Cards (through Paypal only). We do not accept personal checks. International orders must be paid by Paypal. If you do not have a confirmed address on your Paypal account, we reserve the right to require you to confirm your shipping address with Paypal or to send payment by another of our accepted methods.

Due to Iowa Tax Law changes, residents of Iowa must add sales tax to the winning bid amount based on the sales tax in the county where they live.

Terms :
Before bidding, please use the shipping calculator included in the auction here to obtain your shipping quote. We ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the United States, and by USPS Priority International outside of the US. A per auction handling fee is included in this quote. Shipping insurance is required and will be added to the calculated shipping quote at the end of the auction. The insurance amount charged will be the actual insurance cost, based on the winning bid amount of this auction. Items will be shipped within 5 Business Days after payment is recieved & confirmed.

Local Pickup
Local pickups are available at our Bettendorf, Iowa store. On General Merchandise, a $4 pickup fee per auction will apply. All items picked up will be subject to 7% Iowa sales tax, regardless of payment method or buyer address. On Vehicle auctions, a $50.00 processing fee will be added to the high bid price. You will pay the sales tax to your local DMV.

We will make every effort to assist you with the pickup scheduling, but ultimately it is your responsibility and must be completed in a timely manner. If the item is not picked up within 14 calendar days from the auction close, a $20 per week storage fee will be incurred, payable at or before the time of pickup.

International Orders
We ship only by USPS Priority International. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Some items, due to size, cannot be shipped International. Please check listing & shipping calculator to confirm this item can be shipped to your country. To comply with Paypal's buyer and seller protection policies, we will not send items via USPS Ground or Airmail due to a lack of online tracking information. A phone number must be provided for all orders shipped internationally. We cannot ship without this information. We will not undervalue or mark items as gifts, in accordance with international customs laws. We are not responsible for and cannot control customs fees, duties, or taxes collected by USPS on behalf of international customs. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items are sold as-is, with no warranty. No returns will be accepted unless the item is misrepresented in the auction. Returns must be received within 7 days of bidder receipt and in the same condition as received. We are not responsible for customs or Paypal fees.
