Our Auction Policies

We are an actual motorcycle store “with bikes, parts, accessories and a service department” in Northern California. We have a reputation for customer satisfaction, and take the same pride in our eBay business that we do for our physical stores.

Our auction items are used and in working condition. Unless otherwise noted, they are straight and usable as is. Parts may be dirty/dusty and have some scuffs or shelf wear. That goes along with purchasing used parts, that usually come at a good/great price. Please review all photos before bidding. We try our best to show you exactly what you will get. We pride ourselves on repeat business, and have a reasonable return policy if you are not 100% satisfied.

Returns & Refunds: We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, item should be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. The buyer will then receive original sale price back, less shipping and insurance. The item must be returned in the same condition that it left our facility.

Domestic Shipping: We generally ship items two to three times a week. We use UPS Ground Service for most domestic shipments, and USPS for most international shipments. For larger or extremely heavy items we use a suitable delivery service of our choosing. The shipping price is generally posted in the auction, and covers postage, packing materials, handling, and insurance as needed.

Feedback: We leave feedback for all Feedback received. Feedback is important to us, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us to see if we can work something out before leaving poor feedback.

Please understand that we receive several hundred emails a day and it is nearly impossible to respond to all of them each day. We apologize if your email/questions are not answered in a timely manner and thank you for your understanding.
