Vehicle Description

2000 Coachmen Mirada 30 foot with only 32,995 miles on it. Powered by a Ford V-10, this unit drives quite nicely. What I love about this motorhome is the floorplan. It seems you have to go to a 30 footer in order not to give up space. It has the queen island bed that you can walk around, nice bathroom with a nice shower, center kitchen with a dinette booth and sofa as well. The unit also has a recliner chair behind the passenger chair. All chairs are in good condition. Upgraded Plank floor in living room, kitchen and bath. Unit has a clean oven, clean refer and does not have any odor smell at all. Love the exterior pass through storage and the good shape the awning is in. Tires are newer as well and have only 5000 miles on them. Unit has the hitch in rear and can pull small cargo trails with ease. Oil has been changed and generator completely just went through service. This unit is ready to go. 

Unit has the following options: awning exterior,  microwave, two door 8 cubic foot refer, oven, dinette, mini blinds throughout, 4.0 Onan generator, batteries, couch, dinette, queen bed, air conditioning, furnace, push button hot water heater, nice tires, fiberglass exterior, vent covers for top, rubber roof, satellite dish on top, skylight above tub for taller folks over 6 foot tall. All Components in working condition and will be guaranteed the first time you use the unit and demonstrated to the buyer at delivery.

A: no rust--this unit was from Louisiana and has never seen snow--engine does not use much oil--no leaks.
