CONDITION:

Exterior is in great condition! As the photos dictate. High gloss gel coat, high gloss on clear coated striping is for the most part excellent. There are a few areas where the clear coat on the stripes is chipped/ peeled(see photos). I don't think it detracts from the shiney clean appearance of the exterior but if you look very closely it does exist.

Michelin XLT tires are excellent with high tread, Body no dents , no cracks, sound and straight. CLEAN CARFAX.

Interior is BEAUTIFUL! As clean and pampered as could be. Carpets just cleaned and look terrific,( Carpets have detail plastic protector on them which peels right up when you are ready), couch and dinette seating looks like new with zero flaws or wear detected, Flexsteel leather captains chairs do have deep wrinkling but no cracks,they are soft and suptle. NON-Smoker NON-Pet RV. Not lived in, smells fresh.

Mechanically sound and trustworthy. Regularly serviced. Runs and shifts flawlessly.

Systems are in great working order, air cold, ONAN 4000 generator starts right up and runs strong.

All in all a strong 9.5! Needs nothing, ready to go anywhere!
