VERY IMPORTANT: About eBay's  5 Star DSR rating system:  First & foremost, we value our customers and we thank you. We strive to provide 5 Star service and satisfaction to all of our eBay customers with:  Honest descriptions & plenty of photos, Timely response to questions asked, & When it comes to shipping time and shipping charges please remember that we ship same or next business day of receiving payments, or of e-check payments clearing. The actual delivery time is completely in U.S. Postal, UPS, or FedEx hands even though eBay permits buyers to rate sellers based on shipping time? 

Also, we only charge actual shipping cost with NO mark-up and NO extra handling fees, only the same amount that we are charged. We consider the cost for packing supplies to be our responsibility and do NOT pass any extra costs or handling fees on to our customers. Please consider this when you enter your DSR ratings for us, or any other seller that charges only actual-cost shipping. These ratings are very important to sellers, as it will and does affect the standings for their items in search results, and the selling fees that we are charged by eBay. It even dictates if a seller is permitted to continue selling at all on eBay period!  So please remember when you are leaving these DSR ratings, that although shipping cost can be expensive at times, these prices are actually set by the U.S. Postal system, UPS, or FedEX, and are not set by us, although eBay is letting you rate us as if we set the shipping cost? 

I really did not want to use description space to have to explain this system for eBay, or have to ask for fair and honest DSR ratings, but unfortunately eBay has not properly informed everyone as to how to correctly use this system, based on how each seller is actually handling shipping time or shipping prices. Also, eBay has suggested to us, as sellers to provide this info and help our buyers understand the DSR system. So please remember that if you did not care much for the shipping cost or how long the delivery time was, that these are not set or controlled by us at Serbic Cycle Sales LLC, but is entirely in the hands of U.S. Postal, UPS, or FedEx even though the DSR system is rating us on these costs and services actually set by others?
