This is a freshwater boat from OHIO it is estimated to have very low hours. The boat is equipped with the 2000 Evinrude 200 horsepower fuel injected FICHT RAM INJECTIONOutboard Engine with power trim and a Stainless Steal propeller. This boat is in good condition. The boat also has a keel guard. This boat has large casting decks, rod storage, Live well Management System, A 24 volt trolling motor with foot pedal and 74 LBS of thrust. There is a Garmin Fish finder at the front of the boat, 2 Large Locking Rod Boxes for Rods, a In-Floor insulated cooler,1 Cranking Battery and 2 trolling batteries. I am selling this boat with an upgraded Comanche Series Factory Matched Tandem Axel Trailer with a pull away tongue and Wheel Jack. I require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction end and would like to complete the deal within 10 days of sale. I can help arrange shipping at the buyer’s expense. I am selling this boat as-is but will test it with the high bidder. The remainder of any factory warranty left will transfer to the new owner. The winning bidder is required to pay 7% sales tax to the state of Indiana upon pick up of boat and the difference in tax rate in their own state. For Example the boat cost $5000 you pay 7% tax of $350 in Indiana and receive a receipt for it to give to your BMV. Your state will credit you the collected sales tax. If the sales tax in your state is 8% you will pay the 1% difference in tax to your state when you register it. If your sales tax is 7% you will not pay any more sales tax. This is a new law effective July 2004 call your local BMV to verify it. You will not be double taxed. If you are a registered boat dealer you won't pay any Tax.
If you have me arrange shipping and do not take delivery in INDIANA, I do not have to collect tax. This is the Indiana Law and the only way I can legally avoid collecting sales tax.
I charge $199 Prep and Doc fee, this is to help me cover expenses and make sure that you get a ready to go boat and trailer, I have a person come check the trailer and do a final cleaning on the boat, make sure you have one good battery for running the boat, pack the bearings on the trailer, check all trailer lights, make sure the tires are road worthy, and help assist me make you have a great experience. If for any reason you buy a boat from me and do not follow through because of any fault but mine, I will expect payment of $500 for wasted time and loss of sale.
