-The High bidder is responsible for shipping arrangements. I will assist in any way I can. If you plan on buying this vehicle and shipping it overseas you must contact me before the auction is over.

-We stand behind every sale, but you are purchasing a USED vehicle. You are not purchasing a NEW vehicle, we will not guarantee maintenance items (brake pads, belts, and...).

-After the transaction is complete, we will not be responsible for vehicle failures or any cost of repairs. All vehicles are sold AS IS/WHERE IS!

-REMEMBER: By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle as outlined in the user agreement you accepted when you registered as an eBay Community Member.

-PLEASE be advised that you are bidding on a *pre-owned* vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven and has been subject to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. A used vehicle will show signs of use such as: minor scratches, dings, and minor wear. We attempt to disclose any necessary and KNOWN flaws. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible. However, there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections.

-When seriously considering a purchase and you would like further information please contact us by email before biding.  We will be happy to do a personal inspection of any of our listings and email you with the results. If you are expecting a pre-owned vehicle to be absolutely perfect, please do not bid. You may spend anywhere from $100 to $500 on making small repairs or replacing minor missing parts such as owners manuals, extra keys/remotes, non working minor electronics, etc... We cannot release a VEHICLE or TITLE until the full amount is received.

-For our protection, CASHIERS CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS will need to be verified and paperwork will need to be processed before the title is sent. You will receive a 20 day tag and all necessary paperwork showing purchase of the vehicle at delivery.

-Once you are the winning high bidder at close of sale, you OWN the vehicle! All questions or concerns should be addressed before the auction is over. Please plan on paying for this vehicle in a timely manner. Winning this auction is not an opportunity to inspect this vehicle.  All inspections should be performed before the auction closes.
