We always set a very reasonable reserve. Once that reserve is meet and the auction ends. You are expected to pay in full for the item within 72 hours of the end of the auction.

We also take major credit cards at our office, cash at pick up and bank to bank wire transfers are always welcome too.

From there you have 7 days to pick up the vehicle or have a transport company pick it up for you. We have shippers that give our customers better prices because of the large volume of vehicles that we sell and ship.

If you can't get here right away we offer long term storage at $30 per month, but this must be paid in advance and BEFORE the end of the 7 days free that come with the auction. Storage without advanced payment is charged at a rate of $10 per calendar day.

Vehicles left over 60 days without payment of storage will be sold

without notice or compensation.

We make every effort to protect your vehicle from theft and vandalism.

But we can't be responsible for things that happen beyond our control.

A $45 Documentation charge applies to all purchases.

What's that for?

Moving disabled vehicles requires special equipment such as a wrecker, flat bed wrecker or fork lift.

When you get here we provide you with that equipment plus an operator to help load the vehicle.

An operator is only available during weekdays.

NOT ON WEEKENDS

We don't work on cars or attempt to jump start them

Please bring your own jumper cables, air, oil, transmission fluid, etc.

You are responsible for securing your load.

They come from Banks, finance companies, towing companies and other sources that just wish to wash their hands of the vehicles. We not only do not warranty miles on the cars, we don't warrant them for anything other than parts.

We do warrant that we are over the age of 18 and legally entitled to enter into a contract to sell the vehicle listed.

By your bid you also warrant that you are of legal age and financially able to purchase it.

Oklahoma County Oklahoma is the county of venue in the unlikely event there is a dispute arising from this auction.

Bidders that do not complete the terms of this auction are liable for a re-list fee, attorney fees, court cost along with the other necessary fees it takes to collect this.
