Selling a 2002 Pace American enclosed trailer that is in good condition. It is 1300 lbs empty with a GVW listed as 2990 lbs. It has a torsion axle with aluminum rims. The tires will be brand new when sold. The trailer has been used very little for the last 5 yrs. Not driven more than a few times a year. All the lights work and the right brakes work but the left side not working, not sure if it just needs driven or not to clean up the drum face. The floor is pretty good but someone at some point loaded something that sagged the cross member alittle so we screwed some HDO plywood to help reinforce the plywood. In a perfect world the right thing would be to strip the floor and maybe beef up the cross members but we never had any problems cause all we put in there was a snowmobile few times and concrete tools. The only blemish in the skin is on the side door as pictured. The old vinyl signs were pulled off and some of the adhesive is still on there but will come off with some laquer thinner and elbow grease. It has a 7way plug on it. The inside dimensions are 5'8" x 12'. The door opening is 5'1"wide x 5'6" tall. The rear and side doors are in good working order. The interior dome light works. The roof has no leaks. There is an aluminum diamond chip guard on the front that is in good shape. Jack works good. The hitch is a 2" ball. Overall a really decent trailer that has lots more to haul.
