accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment. We also accept Visa
and Mastercard credit and debit cards. To pay with a credit card,
choose "credit card" as your method of payment and call Toll Free
1-888-664-8787 or 954-983-4948 with your credit card info, eBay user
name, and item number.
TO
MAKE SURE WE SEND YOU THE RIGHT PART we will need a CONTACT PHONE
NUMBER plus the following information. (1) the VIN (2) the mileage (3)
the information on your ECM's label. The easiest way to send us this
information over the web is through the "Ask seller a question" link
which you'll find in the Meet the Seller box located on the top right
corner of your screen. You may also call us to supply us with the
needed info.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
The
computer that you purchase from this listing is eligible for a Lifetime
Warranty that is good for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty
is NON-transferable. To validate your Lifetime Warranty, you must send
us your old computer within 10 days after you receive your new one. If
you need an extension on the return, please contact us. When you ship
us your old part, be sure to include the PINK COPY of your invoice and
use the PREPAID UPS SHIPPING label. If you do not use the prepaid
label, please include it in the return package so that there is no
confusion. The lifetime warranty covers your part from failure and
damage EXCLUDING collision and flood damage. If the part is damaged due
to an electrical short in your vehicle, you may be subject to a
replacement charge. Please verify that your wiring harness and other
components are in good condition before installing your part.

CUSTOMERS
We
offer FREE
UPS
GROUND
service to the lower 48
US states; this service includes a prepaid UPS GROUND shipping label to
send us your old part. UPS 2nd Day Air and
UPS Next Day Air service are available at checkout.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are subject to a $29 surcharge for
Ground shipping and $20 for Air shipping. Upon request, customers from
Puerto Rico may also choose to have their orders shipped one-way with
USPS Express mail for $29, the same price as the surcharge (follow the
same guidelines as Canadian customers section below).
SHIPPING
TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
We will ship your
purchase to Canada via United
States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail.
The one-way shipping charge is $30. We cannot send a prepaid return
label to Canada so you will have to make your own arrangements to send
us your old computer within 30 days after you receive your new one. If
you do not send us your old part,you may be subject to a core charge of
up to $100 and your warranty will be void. We can also ship to Canada
with UPS or DHL, please contact us before buying for more information.
SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you are outside the
US and Canada we will ship your purchase via United States Postal
Service (USPS) Express Mail, UPS, or DHL. Please email or call for
one-way shipping charges before you buy. We cannot send you a prepaid
return label; you will have make your own arrangements to send us your
old computer within 30 days after you receive your new one. If
you do not send us your old part, you may be subject to a core
charge of up to $100 and your warranty will be void.
Important
notice for international customers
We
carry software for international programming, but the internal
structure of international parts may be substantially different than
the US parts that we use. Because of this, international orders may be
subject to an increased price and we may not be able to supply a
replacement part. In the rare case that we can not supply a
replacement, we can always remanufacture your original part and return
it to you at a discounted price. Please supply your vehicle information
to us before ordering so that we can verify that there will not be any
complications.
RETURN
POLICY
This
is an electrical part. If you have any questions about this part,
please email or call us before
you buy. If you decide you do
not want this part, you may return it within 14 days
of delivery for a FULL REFUND
OF THE PURCHASE PRICE minus
shipping and handling. After 14 days your order may be subject to a 30%
restocking fee. The returned part must be in same condition as when we
shipped it to you. We do not pay return shipping charges, do not use
the prepaid shipping label. If you ordered the wrong part we will
exchange it for the correct part if you pay shipping.
