FULL DESCRIPTION:
Excellent condition,2003 Fleetwood Bounder 36' Class A Motorhome, with VERY low miles. Chevy Vortec Engine on a Workhorse Chassis. Model is Bounder 35R. Very popular, huge layout, with large sofa/dinette slide, and rear bed/wardrobe slide that is VERY large.(see last picture for layout, recliner in living room has been removed as previous owners had a desk there). Exterior is in very good condtion, no major dings or dents (couple of small scratches), sidewalls are nice and clean, paint is nice and shiny, stickers are in great shape. Tires are in good condition, lots of tread and no weather cracking. Power Aluminum covered awning on passenger side, and slide toppers over the slide-outs. Onan Marquis 5500 Generator with low hours. Interior is also in very good condition. No rips or tears, and cabinets and countertops are all in great shape (couple light stains on the carpet, and a small mark on the dining table). Up front, you have: cruise, tilt steering, levelling jacks, back-up camera, am/fm/cd player, and cold dash A/C. 27" TV up front, VCR Player, along with crank up TV antenna,and manual satellite dish. 20" TV in rear bedroom. Norcold 4 door fridge with Ice-Maker, Stove, Oven, Microwave Oven, and 10 Gallon Gas/Electric Hot Water tank. Sofa folds down for a bed, dinette folds to a bed, along with the Queen bed in the rear, the unit sleeps 6. Nice seperate private bathroom with toilet, vanity, and corner glass tub/shower. Washer/Dryer Combo. Dual ducted roof A/C units, along with ducted furnace (electronic thermostat). Lots of storage both inside and out. Power entry step for easy entrance. Screens and blinds (day/night shades) throughout. Comes with the full set of Manuals.
The Fleetwood Bounder is the most popular motorhome in the world, and this Bounder 35R has alot of upgraded options on it (one of the main ones, being the nicer interior/cabinet package). High quality components used through-out the unit. Lots of nice extra's throughout. This unit is in great condition. The winning bidder will be a "happy camper" with this coach.
The unit overall is in very good condition and appears to have been very well maintained by the previous owner. Roof is in excellent condition, no evidence of past or current leaks. This is a NO RESERVE auction, and it will be sold to the highest bidder. This is 7 Day Auction. The auction ends on Saturday, November 7th at 5:30 pm. The Average NADA retail price on this unit is around $55,000!
