Auction Policies

See pictures- We are describing these items accurately and request the YOU ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. Winning bidders must contact the seller within 3 days of the auctions end and payment is due within 10 days, otherwise the auction is void, the item will be re-listed and the bidder will receive the appropriate feedback.

Feedback Policies- ALL BIDDERS MUST READ the item descriptions and payment instructions fully and carefully. If you win an auction it is a legally binding contract through EBAY and will be treated as such. By bidding on an item you agree to all terms of the auction and are legally responsible for them therefore, PLEASE READ AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE NOT AFTER BIDDING. If there is any problem with an item we require contact from the bidder before leaving negative feedback in order to remedy any issue. If you leave negative feedback without contacting the seller you will forgo any refunds and legal action will be taken through Square Trade to resolve it.

Negative or No rating bidders - must contact seller prior to bidding, or your bids will not be accepted.

Sales Tax - MA State sales tax is 5% for MA residents only. (On items that apply)

Shipping and Handling

For Vehicles: Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements. Please contact www.motorcycleshippers.com for a shipping quote. Mention Pilgrim Power Sports for a $25 discount on the shipping of your motorcycle. We also offer to take care of all shipping details for an extra $199 handling fee on top of shipping costs. For Parts and Accessories: Please see individual auction for shipping cost.

Payment Methods- Payments accepted via Paypal and cash in person(for in store pick up only).

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will incur 20% restocking fee, must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges and must include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All used items are final sale!!!!

General- All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date.

Incorrect Item- If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size - No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays shipping, unless we sent you a size other than what you specifically ordered.

Customer Order Error - Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item, but will incur a 20% restocking charge, and the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge.

Return Shipping Instructions- Return via prepaid Ups or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions- Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.
