Like new / unused

This fifth wheel travel trailer was purchased new at the dealer for $28,000 and has been stored under a barn ever since - we have the original bill of sale. It was kept plugged in to power, water and sewage the entire time and very seldom used as a restroom facility. It has never been slept in, it has never been driven anywhere. The carpet still has the plastic that came on it!!! Everything works perfectly - the a/c, plumbing, refrigerator, outlets, lighting, slide out, water heater, electrical, etc. The oven, stove, and microwave have never been used. The exterior of the trailer is near perfect and unscarred. It has never been damaged and never had any problems.

Arctic Fox is the only consistently rated 4 star travel trailer - ratings by RV Consumer Group. It is built better and longer lasting than any other manufacturer. It is also well suited for much harsher climates. They are the best selling brand of travel trailer in Canada for this reason. It has one slide out and one awning. It has an electric jack and includes an adapter to pull with a common gooseneck hitch in addition to the 5th wheel hookup. There are 2 propane bottles in the front. Everything is in great shape and is unworn and unused. The only blemish is in the carpet portion of the slideout. Beneath the plastic the carpet is still the original color, but where it wasn't covering the carpet is very much lighter in color. You can see it in the pictures. The tires have lots of tread left, seeing as how they have no miles on them, and all hold air and do not leak at all.

The trailer is located at my business in Round Top, Texas, zip code 78954. Round Top is directly between Houston and Austin a few miles off HWY. 290. My business is on Highway 237 in the city limits of Round Top. I am listing it as for local pickup only. $2000 down is due within 72 hours of auction close via paypal. The remainder can be paid in cash, cashier's check(only during banking hours for verification purposes), or personal check(You take possession once the check is cleared).
