EXTERIOR: 29-1/2 ft., smooth sides (not corrugated). Exterior shines nice, colors all look good. Main entry with separate screen door, manual entry step, access handle, electrical outlets, porch light. Large porch awning by Carefree of Colorado, tinted windows, roof access ladder in rear, Reese-style hitch receiver, large rear window. Easy generator access located driver side front.
COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, automatic with overdrive, steering wheel column wiper/wash/delay, push-button cruise controls on steering wheel. Driver and passenger side air bag, am/fm/cd, dash heat/air. Center console ith 2 beverage holders, change holder, ash tray, lower open-faced cabinet and lower mini-cabinet/glove box. Rear view mirror, 2 sun visors, dome light. Driver and passenger door with power windows, door locks, speaker. Dual reclining fabric seats with aisle arm rest; fabric shows only slight to medium wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes, only some minor snags. Dash Gauges: speedometer, odometer, fuel, temp., oil, battery. Dash Switches/Controls: lights, lighter, 12VDC, fan, etc. Over cab bunk sleeping area (there is no sleeping pad); area has 3 windows, both side window sliding with screens, all 3 windows with curtains. Lighting unit, TV viewing cabinet (no tv; dual access from dining/living area. Bunk area has a privacy curtain, overhead crank vent.
LIVING/DINING/MAIN ENTRY: Fabric jack-knife style sofa sleeper; fabric shows only slight wear, some minor snags; I did not see any rips or burn holes. Large sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds and decorative valance. Upper double door cabinet, lower lighting unit, electrical outlet and switch panel. Entry with separate screen door, manual entry step for easy 3-step entry. Fire extinguisher, hand rail - located in stairwell area. Single door cabinet above entry door with interior key hooks. Fabric bench-style dinette converts to sleeper, rear seat with seat belts; beautiful fabric cushions show only slight wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Nearby phone jack and Safe-T-Alert LP leak detector. Large sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds and decorative valance. Upper double door cabinet with lower lighting unit and electrical outlet. Upper TV viewing cabinet (no TV; has dual entry with upper bunk/dining area). This area has overhead smoke detector and lighting unit and Coleman roof air conditioning unit and Winegard crank for TV antenna.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Kitchen has dual stainless steel sink, large lower single doo cabinet, 3 lower drawers, open-faced cubby contains water heater/elec. switch, water heater lp switch, generator, generator hour gauge. Wedgewood Vision oven with 3-burner gas range, hood fan with light with levels test/gauge panel (holding tanks 1 & 2, fresh water, lp gas, battery condition; switches for test, water pump and hood light). Upper Samsung microwave oven. Double door cabinet above sink with lower lighting unit, electrical outlet. Small sliding unit with screen, horizontal blinds and decorative valance. Norcold refrigerator/freezer with wood veneer face. Upper and lower single door cabinets. Kitchen has overhead lighting unit.
HALLWAY/BATHROOM AREA: Hallway has sliding divider track blind at bedroom, Atwood hydro-flame furnace control, overhead lighting unit. Stand-alone shower with skylight, mounted/detachable shower head and shower curtain. Lavvy door when open doubles as a room divider from kitchen. Separate enclosed lavvy area has single sink, lower single door cabinet, electrical outlet, lower open-faced cubby, mirrored medicine cabinet, towel bar, tp holder, toilet, upper double door cabinet. Lavvy has overhead lighting unit and crank vent/fan.
REAR BEDROOM: Mattress. There are 2 nightstand units, each one consisting of upper mini mirrored wardrobe cabinet, one has counter space lower electrical outlet, and lower drawer; the other has 2 lower drawers. Double door cabinet above head-of-bed with lower lighting unit and 2 speakers. Corner TV viewing cabinet near foot-of-bed (does not include television). Safe-T-Alert carbon monoxide alarm. Bedroom has 2 windows, both sliding with screens, horizontal blinds and decorative valances. Bedroom has overhead lighting unit and crank vent.
SUMMARY: This is a nice coach. Very clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Clean interior has no unpleasant odors (such as pet, smoke, musty, etc.). Carpet in cockpit, bedroom - showing only slight wear. Wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the coach appears to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes but nothing too visible. Oak-colored cabinets throughout open and close properly, some may show some minor belemishes. Dash appears to be in good condition. Windshield does have some stone chips. All other windows are good. Everything else we checked and/or tested at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: manual entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detector, range, microwave, refrigerator, furnace, water heater (electric and LP), dash air, radio, lights and makers, and generator. There will be a $199 Doc Fee to pay for temporary plates, Fed Ex charges, title transfer fees, emission testing (if needed), and out-of-state inspections. All buyers will pay their home state sales tax rate here up to 6.3%. This tax will be applied when you register in your home state.

Out of country buyers, including Canada, will be allowed to choose a $300 Arizona State-Line-Delivery or be responsible for the 6.3% sales tax, in which case we will provide a 90 temporary license plate and registration. State-line deliveries must be scheduled 7 days in advance and the vehicle must be paid for in full via wire transfer prior to scheduling. If you have any questions please contact us before bidding. Please understand that state-line deliveries are done as a favor for our customers and should be treated that way. This means you will need to help work your schedule around ours when taking delivery.
