Return Policy - We accept authorized returns on unused products for 30 days after you receive your product. Unused means that the product has not be assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. You are responsible for returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a restocking fee. KFI Products is our brand name of products that we mainly manufacture at Kappers Fabricating Inc. We are family owned and have been in business since 1986 and Incorporated in 1990. In 2002 we decided to start some of our own products and we engineered our very first KFI ATV Winch Mount. Since the inception of our first ATV mount we have come along way with our own KFI Products line. We have also added other products to help compliment our manufactured products. Many KFI Products and accessories are made in our 40,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing Facility and 18,000 sq. Ft. Powder Coating Facility in Spring Valley, Minnesota. We also thoroughly research any possible partnerships with other manufacturers and use our own ATV riders to rigorously test the products we bring to our home facility.
