INTERIOR
The interior of this large Class A Home is clean and impressive all the way through with more than plenty of room. This is a bank repo but looks to have been very well maintained as it is very clean, has tons of cabinets, counter space and lots of drawers throughout for storage of all your stuff including huge storage area under easy lift up bed and large basement storage areas. Has 2 large and deep slide outs that makes it very spacious inside. The Driver And Passenger areas have Ultra Leather Swivel Captain Chairs that are very very soft and as comfortable as it gets.  Has awesome Push Button Windshield Width Power Sun Visor that drops down to desired level to keep the sun out of your eyes. Has huge home sized I mean huge oversized bath area 50% bigger than most with glass sliding  shower doors , nice bath vanity with mirrored double door medicine cabinet with hollywood lighting kit. Very nice Vinyl kitchen and bath floors, Carpet looks to be in good condition in (cockpit, bedroom & living areas). Large Panasonic 27" Flat screen color TV w VCR/DVD Combo in Living Area, the Bedroom  has a 20" Panasonic Flat Screen TV both have great color and picture and coach has Winegard Roof Movin Veiw Satelite Dome. The interior of this coach looks to be in very good condition very nice and very clean and fresh all the way through no unpleasunt smells such as smoke etc. The ceilings all look clean and white all the way through no signs of leakage anywhere. The dash A/C and the roof A/C will both freeze you out, the dash air has the best round type vents that are very large and blow very hard. Sleeps 6 adults very comfortably the sofa is a Jack knife bed and the dinette makes into bed for 2. This is a very beautiful, warm looking, comfortable, extra roomy and cozy home. The sofa does have a couple of wore spots but hard to notice with the type of design on fabric but overall is still nice, also the table has very small piece of laminate material missing on edge of dining table see pics. 

EXTERIOR
The Exterior of this ONE OWNER coach looks GREAT all the way around on this coach I would say it looks much better in person than in pics, the exterior walls are very very shiny almost like new the bottom doors are very good also. The tires have very deep tread all the way around I do not see any weather checking on there is it is so light I can not see and has 4 wheel/tire vinyl protector covers. There a crack on the drivers side windshield see pics and  there are a couple of very small chips. Has the exterior white vinyl tire protector covers see them in basement storage picture. The roof is very clean and looks great no bad spots or leaks visible. There is a few rock chips and tiny places on the front area where paint is chipped off amd knicked  but very minor and not very noticeable see pics.

MECHANICAL
This Large ONE OWNER 36ft. Class A Bounder Coach is a very sturdy and well built home it is built on the highly sought after Workhorse Power Platform Chassis. It is Equipped with the GM 8100 Vortec Gas Engine and it does Run, Drive, Sound and Handle like a dream and has more power than you will need its feels very strong, and it is flat out as smooth as it gets. Has only 38k original miles miles on it and seems to have been very well taken care of by the one previous owner. Has the Allison transmission and it feels great just as smooth as it gets. The Levelers are the Atwwod computerized one touch high end (Level Legs) and they work perfect. Both the dash and roof A/C units will flat freeze you out as stated. All I can say about the mechanical is that everything is performing great and we found no mechanical problems. The Generator and all the appliances have been tested and are all working fine including all the interior plug ins, all plumbing and ac systems, the exterior running lights. The fluids are all full in fact it is ready to hit the road. The 2 aux. coach batteries are brand new and the engine battery seems to be very good and all fully charged up. Its Ready to drive anywhere, just stick the key in the ignition turn and you are ready to start enjoying this beautiful Class A Home on wheels.
