Shipping Information Details (PLEASE READ)

Always check auctions details above for shipping cost or at least a range for shipping item(s). If there are no costs showing in our auctions please use eBay’s “Ask a Seller a Question” and we will try to email a shipping quote in a timely manner. At this time, LKQ Online does not ship to CANADA, MEXICO, PUERTO RICO, ALASKA OR HAWAII. Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of full payment. Expect delivery of your item(s) 7 to 10 business days after full payment is received.

Please allow seller to select delivery method / carrier. It has been our experience that LKQ can provide better service for our customers when we package items, decide shipping method, and coordinate freight pickups. We have selected our commercial carriers very carefully in order to provide the best USA coverage and care for our products. Buyer/Customer can not arrange there own commercial shipping when purchasing items off eBay or online. Please do not ask us to bill your shipping account or use another carrier. Thank you for your consideration.

LKQ Online ships small parts using UPS ground. There is a small chance ground packages will ship FEDEX. We do not us USPS therefore we will not ship to a PO Box or APO addresses. Do not ask us to use another carrier. Our shipping departments are setup for ground shipments only.

When items are larger we will use LTL Freight Carriers. Engines, transmissions, seats, set of wheels and tires and other oversized parts will be ship using commercial freight. The costs to ship these types of items start from $100 and can exceed $1,000 for complete engine with transmissions. In most cases these items will be placed and banded on 4x4 or 6x6 pallets and covered or wrapped. We must ship these parts to a commercial address with docking and forklift capabilities. If you do not have this available, we can ship the items to the closest freight terminal to your zip code. We do not ship to residential areas. You must supply your phone number, name of business and address of business. If you do not supply this your order will be delayed.

When stated in auctions, LKQ Online will make these other options available:

Customer pick-up: Customer can pick-up the part at the location that is stated in the auction. Pickup times are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time only. There are NO WEEKEND pick-ups available. All items must be paid in full to LKQ Online (Aurora, Colorado) before item will be released for pick-up. SALE TAX will be charged on all customer pick-up orders. Within 2 business days the customer will be emailed a proof of purchase document and must bring this email (proof of purchase) with them to the plant to verify their items. Some items require packaging and extra handling. If that is the case a handling fee will be charged on these types of parts. Please check auction for more details. You must supply your phone number for us to contact you when the item is available. If you do not supply this at the time of checkout, it will delay your order.

Shuttle: In some cases we will transport larger items between LKQ Plants. There are limited locations that are available in our shuttle system. We will only shuttle to the locations listed in the auction. The auction details will state if shuttle is an option and which location are available. Please check the auction details for availability and cost for this service. If no shuttle option is stated, we will not transport this item using the LKQ delivery system. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick their item up before 7 days when after part is available from the final LKQ location agreed to by customer and LKQ Online. Customer must bring a proof of purchase with them. Please check your auction to see if this option is available and the cost. You must supply your phone number so we can contact you when item(s) arrive at its destination. If you do not supply this at the time of checkout it will delay your order.

Office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST Monday-Friday. Emails/phone calls received after office hours will be processed the following business day.

Parts won on auction should arrive within 5-10 business days after full payment has been received. If after 5 business days you have not received a tracking number, several scenarios are possible.

1. We do not have your phone number, which can delay many types of shipments. Check your emails (including junk folders) for contact from us just in case.
2. We have emailed you for a business address to ship certain parts. Some parts cannot be shipped via UPS/FedEx or similar, and are shipped via commercial freight carrier. These require shipment to either a business with docking capabilities for a semi truck or a local freight terminal
3. We have tried to contact you via email as full payment has not been received (i.e. tax, shipping cost, or full purchase price) and will not ship a purchase until full payment is received.
4. There has been another type of delay which we have emailed you about and are waiting for return contact from you confirming receiving of notice.

No parts will be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Our individual facilities are on a different accounting system than we are, and cannot accept payment for eBay purchases. No purchase will be released without the Proof of Purchase that will be emailed to your registered eBay email account after full payment has been made. This is for your own protection.

Due to limited space at our facilities, we cannot store any item for more than 7 days. Prompt pickup is expected, if this is the option you have chosen.
