• We do not ship to Post Office P.O. boxes. We are not responsible for delays due to this problem. Please give a valid residential or business address, otherwise your package will be delayed.

• Shipping to the domestic U.S. and Canada is free. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands are not free. Overseas shipping is also not free. Please check the shipping prices on the auction for rates. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping otherwise your package may be delayed.

• There is a handling time of 1-3 business days before your package leaves our facility. From there it can take anywhere from another 1-5 business days to arrive to you domestically, and 1-8 business days if you are an international customer. Please keep this in mind.

• We can are not responsible for shipping damage unless insurance is purchased. We inspect the packages to make sure they are not damaged before shipping to you. So any damages to the item will have been from shipping, and we can not replace it unless you purchase insurance.

• Please include your valid contact telephone number to ensure quick and easy delivery of your item. We do not sell or pass on your information to any 3rd party. We only use it in case you need to be contacted for your item.

• International items can not be shipped without a telephone number. If you do not provide one it will only delay your package.
