Damaged: If your product is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We will file a Damage Claim with the shipping company and re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer. In the event that the package was signed for and later found to be damaged, please keep all the original packaging and box intact and we will file a damage claim with the shipping company. They will come and pickup the package and inspect it. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer.

Lost: If your package is lost in transit prior to being delivered we will file a lost claim with the shipping company and re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer. If your package is lost in transit due to a waived signature requirement, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company.

Incorrect Item: If buyer received an incorrect item by our default, please email us with a digital photo of the item and of the box it came in. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and will be responsible for the re-shipping charge. (Domestic shipment only). If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants a return, the shipping and handling charge is not refundable, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the cost of the item. The item will be inspected prior to refund being given. The item must be in "new" condition with no damage.

All claims must be filled within 7 days of receiving the product.

Lifetime Warranty: : Our Lifetime Warranty covers any and all manufacturer defects under normal use and service, but not including wear and tear. We will replace the parts free of charge for any reason not caused by collision or installation, other human intervention, or physical damage for as long as the purchaser owns the vehicle in which the part was originally installed and with the following conditions:

This warranty limits the remedy of repair or replacement of any defective parts at the sole discretion of eAutoPartsDirect. Purchasers remedy does not include any unauthorized labor, material, or transportation charges. This warranty covers the parts supplied by eAutoPartsDirect, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by eAutoPartsDirect.This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back the defective item and for claims filed later then 30 days from purchase date, shipping fees for the replacement as well.
