All bank repo boats are sold AS IS, with the exception of late model boats that still have a factory warranty. If we sell a late model bank repo with a warranty, we will transfer all warranties to the winner of the auction. Our company checks all engines or out~board motor's for compression and run ability. If anything is needed when a boat comes in, we do it. We make sure all bank repo boats are in good running order. Some may need a little TLC and some may be in A-1 Pristine condition! If they have power we make sure the power is ready to go! If it needs a tune up, we do it. If it needs a belt, we put it on. Please read carefully about each individual bank repo boat. Also, please note that any trailers that come with the boats are also sold AS IS. If a trailer needs tires, hubs, lights or anything else you will need to do the necessary repairs to make the trailer road worthy. On a good note most trailers are in over~all good condition.

You are bidding on a 2007 CONTENDER 25-S 28ft. Center Console. There is no bow pulpit and the boat measures 28' to the transom. It truly is a 28ft boat and why CONTENDER models the boat as 25-S is beyond me?? It should be 28-S but I don't work there! LOL. All joking aside folks.. I have sold almost every make and model boat on the water and I have seen 28ft. Center Consoles. This boat is a true 28!

CONTENDER is arguably the best high end off~shore fishing boat in the entire world! I'm sure that most of you bidding on the boat already no that, and for those of you who do not..... I will tell you now that there is only on name that stands alone when it comes to Big Blue Water Tournament Fishing Boats.... CONTENDER!

This particular model is powered by twin 200 Yamaha H.P.D.I. motors with only 109 hours of total use. Both of these motors have a factory Yamaha warranty good through the year 2012. As I type we are servicing both motors and she will only need to have some missing electronics added to get her back to normal condition. This beautiful boat was a repo and they snagged the stereo, chartplotter, vhf, and the ft. bow cushions before she got to us. The rest of this beautiful off~shore fishing machine is still in tact and ready to fish!

Most CONTENDER boats are open and have no family friendly features.... But the Sport offers wrap around seating and tons of storage and a marine head to make both Mom and Dad happy!! Lose no comfort, style or ride while riding in the upgraded Sport from CONTENDER!!

To the winner of this auction we can provide the electronics package of your choice. Our trained technitians at the marina can help install any brand you choose. We thought about installing the package before we listed this beauty but not everyone agrees on the same flavor.
