This trailer is in excellent condition. It is fully loaded with lots of extras. It is very roomy with large open spaces and relaxing plush furniture.  Here is a list of some of the features that the trailer has.

16’ Awning with Aluminum Wrap around guard.
15,000 BTU Dometic Air Condition.
13,500 BTU Dometic Air Condition.
Extra Large 12 Gallon Suburban Hot Water Heater with Electric and Gas.
32” Vizio ECO HDTV with built in Digital TV Tuner.
4 Large Flood Lights on each outside corner.
Large Sliding Storage Tray that slides out either side of the tray.
Cargo Rack on the roof with access latter.
Built in central vacuum system.
Outside Water Station with all the water connections at one central location.
Furnace.

A closet with water and electric hook up for washer and drier.

Below is a walk through for the first four picture.

Picture 1:
In the very upper right corner you can see the flood light.  The are four large flood lights on each corner.  These lights light up your camp ground for added safety and security.  The storage tray is fully slid out. The tray can also slide out just as far on the other side of the trail through another access door.  It allows for easy access of all things in the storage compartment.  The back wall of the storage compartment slides open for easy access for service of a lot of appliances.  The furnace, water pump, water tank, and many more are easy to reach from this access.  You can also see the big 16’ awning with its aluminum wrap around guard.  This guard protects the awning from sun and hail damage. You can also see one of the big slide outs next to the entrance door.

Picture 2:
From left to right. You can see the large slide out on the door side of the trailer. It contains the dinning table with four chairs. The table also comes with an extra leaf as well. Next two that is the very comfortable dual rocker recliners. Both sides rock separately so either side can rock if they choose. On the back wall is the couch with a hide a bed inside. To the right of that is the nice 32’ flat panel Vizio Eco HDTV with built in digital TV tuner. The sink is on the bar and concealed by a counter cover. The faucet pulls out and turns into a sprayer. You can also see the oven, stove, microwave, and large refrigerator. The second slide out reaches from the TV all the way to the refrigerator.

Picture 3:
From left to right. You can see the slide out with the TV to the refrigerator. To the right of the frig is the china cabinet. You can then see the steps going up to the bedroom. Next to that is the washing machine and drier closet with doors that enclose everything. It is pre wired and plumbed for easy instillation of a washer and drier if you choose.  Inside the closet you can see the built in vacuum cleaner with its long hose. In the side of the steps is a door that automatically turns on the vacuum cleaner. You just have to plug in the hose. Also a nice add on is the vacuum dust pan. At the bottom of the steps is a slot for the vacuum. You sweep the floor to the slot and push a lever with your foot and it vacuums it right up.

Picture 4:
Left to right. You can see the sink and vanity area. Next to that you can see the door going to the private toilet area. You can see the entrance to the bedroom next to the spacious corner shower. Next you can see a closet and bed that are on the third slide out. Behind the camera is a large mirrored front closet. Next to that is a corner TV area and at the foot of the bed is a counter and dresser area.
